This training is for small producers selling eggs through Farmers Markets, Cooperatives and CSAs. The training provides instruction to improve producers’ understanding of egg safety. Training covers principles of egg safety plans, monitoring, current testing methods and consumer expectations, helping producers improve egg safety and quality.
