Next week is National Pollinators Week, June 20th - 26th. In honor of all our wonderful and hardworking pollinators, I will be posting pictures of various pollinators throughout the week on our Facebook page!  If you have a picture of a pollinator that you have taken and would like to share it, please send it to my email cari_mitchell@ncsu.edu. Your submission email should include the picture, your name (photographer), date (example: summer 2019), and the name or kind of pollinator if you know it (includes birds, bees, wasps, beetles, flies, etc.).  I will give credit to all our wonderful photographers in each post. The photograph with the most likes on the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Alexander County Center's Facebook Page by the following Monday (June 27th) at 8am, will receive a FREE Pollinator Poster!
